Boston Calling Music Festival

Boston Calling is a three-day music festival that takes place annually in late May or early June at the Harvard Athletic Complex in Allston, Massachusetts. Since its inception in 2013, the festival has attracted thousands of music fans from all over the world with its diverse lineup of musical acts, interactive art installations, and gourmet food offerings.

The festival is known for featuring a wide variety of genres, from indie rock to hip hop to electronic music. Past headliners have included some of the biggest names in music, such as Kendrick Lamar, Eminem, The Killers, and Foo Fighters. The festival’s organizers pride themselves on bringing together both established and emerging artists, with the goal of creating a unique and memorable experience for all attendees.

In addition to the musical performances, Boston Calling also features a number of interactive art installations throughout the festival grounds. These installations are designed to engage attendees and encourage them to explore their creativity. One popular installation in past years was the “Mural Wall,” which allowed festival-goers to contribute to a large-scale mural that was displayed at the festival. Another popular installation was the “Light Tunnel,” a walkway that was illuminated with a mesmerizing array of lights.

The festival also partners with local non-profit organizations to support various causes, such as music education programs for underserved youth and environmental conservation efforts. In past years, Boston Calling has teamed up with organizations such as the Boston Children’s Hospital, the Boston Parks and Recreation Department, and the Massachusetts Audubon Society.
