CRS is one of the largest media gatherings of any kind. Each spring this Nashville-based convention and trade show brings together nearly 1,000 delegates from Country Radio with 1,000 music industry professionals for three days of “growth through sharing.” Radio attendees include Program Directors, General Managers, Promotion Managers, Sales Executives and Air Talent. CRS was created and is sponsored by CRB which stands for Country Radio Broadcasters. Country Radio Broadcasters (CRB), Inc. is a 501c3 non-profit, industry service organization responsible for staging the annual Country Radio Seminar (CRS), a three-day educational event which gathers key business leaders in various radio and music industry fields, featuring presentations on best business practices, emerging technology, personal career development, and new music showcases. Country Radio Broadcasters, Inc. was established in 1969, with a goal of furnishing a platform for education, and a climate for growth within the Country music format, while serving as the conduit connecting the interests of Country radio with the Country music industry. The organization created, and annually stages, the multi-day educational event known as Country Radio Seminar, which for more than 50 years, has provided networking and career growth opportunities for music industry professionals, and serves as the premier showcase event for new and emerging artists, many of whom have eventually risen to Country music success and stardom.
